Elena Rigo,
M.A., is a Feng Shui expert, interior designer, and lifestyle
consultant based in Los Angeles, CA. With more than twelve
years of experience in Feng Shui, she uses a unique combination
of technical skill, spatial awareness and interior aesthetics
to create balance & harmony in homes, offices, and lives.
With her life-changing
designs, Marie Elena has saved people thousands of dollars
by avoiding costly decorating mistakes and improved clients’
relationships, health, finances and careers, just by changing
their environment. She’s helped children to sleep
through the night, inspired couples to sit down at the table
together for dinner, found space for a new baby in a crowded
condo, and brought warmth, color and life to a 14,000 square

high-profile companies.
The Fine Living
Network featured her inspirational story of her career change
in March 2005 and has continued to air the show multiple
times per year since then. She’s also featured in
the recently published and acclaimed book,
Escape from Corporate America. Marie Elena
has filmed more than a dozen broadcast spots since 2004
including two TV pilots – one for A&E and the
other for HGTV. Her master’s degree in psychology
allows her to understand the unspoken needs of her clients
and translate them into elements that will be supportive
in their environment. Unlike other designers, Marie Elena
designs homes and offices uniquely for the client, rather
than using the space to display her own style or preferences.
As the president
of MER Life Design, she and her team offer residential and
commercial Feng Shui, interior design and product sourcing.
The company also provides coaching, consulting and workshops/presentations
to motivate, inspire and facilitate change.
Marie Elena is
a graduate of the Western School of Feng Shui and has completed
advanced training at the American Feng Shui Institute. She
has studied color analysis at the Feng Shui International
Institute and is the Los Angeles Chapter Director for the
International Feng Shui Guild.
As a co-founder
of the Integrative School of Feng Shui based in Los Angeles,
Marie Elena teaches classes and workshops for the School,
the Learning Annex and major corporations such as Amtrak,
the Disney Store and Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne. She
has been a featured presenter at the Mind, Body & Beyond
and Conscious Life Expos in LA, the Agape International
Spiritual Center, and the Gilda’s Club Worldwide Annual
Affiliates Conference. She is the author and creator of
“Everyday Feng Shui™,” a ground-breaking
instructional CD of practical and professional life-changing

nearly 15 years of experience in teaching, marketing and

Marie
Elena holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology
from the University of Santa Monica and a Bachelor’s
degree in Classics from Trinity College, Hartford, CT. She
is on the board of the Boston Latin School Alumni Association
and Places for Peace. She currently resides in Santa Monica,
