MARIE ELENA received her Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in August 2003. Because the University focuses on experiential education rather than theory, she has studied and practiced in depth more than 35 coaching skills and seven coaching strategies. When working with clients, she rarely recommends something that she has not already done herself. This empathic and compassionate approach helps clients feel more comfortable.

Marie Elena has a unique ability to assist with deeply personal issues as well as professional challenges. Whether it’s identifying emotional patterns, dealing with a difficult boss, or just wanting more clarity in your life, she is equipped with training in applied psychology and nearly 10 years of management experience in the corporate world. In addition, as a certified personal trainer, Spinning instructor, former teacher, and coach, Marie Elena’s approach is a unique blend of loving discipline and nurturing.

The goal of her work is to support clients along their journeys and to help raise the level of conscious awareness through heartfelt facilitation.

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Marie Elena graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and has traveled, studied, worked and lived in several countries throughout Europe. Having excelled at a career in marketing and communications in New York City, she moved to Santa Monica, California in early 2003 to embrace her calling as a Feng Shui consultant and life coach.
